This program that is being offered with Sage & Plate and we are thrilled to start. We did our research on what competing companies are doing, and what they are charging & we are confident in our product, procedures, flexibility and professionalism. We also encourage you to offer feedback, because with a program this new, all we can do it grow. Current delivery days are Tuesday afternoons.
Deliveries are made from 3-6pm and food may be requested to be placed in a discrete location if unable to receive your delivery in person.
Special delivery exceptions are available by request, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Pick-ups are available Tuesday to Friday between 12pm-3pm at our downtown location.

Once your order is received via email, we will send you a confirmation email. All invoices go out on Friday, payment is due by Monday next week
Payments are received by e-transfer.

On our price list, you will notice that there are items with a ‘/’ symbol. This is to indicate that this price will vary depending on the type of protein and size of dish chosen.
On the menu that is sent out in our weekly email, you will find the prices for each individual item that will be invoiced.

Our food is made with quality ingredients. These ingredients are both imported and local as one of our main goals is to always highlight all of the seasonal foods available within Kamloops and the B.C. interior. Each meal we create is meant to nourish and fuel you for your day. Unlike other meal prep programs, all food comes to you fully prepared. Any food that requires warming, comes with heating instructions and/or food labels for convenience.
